Scott Wilson fue un actor estadounidense que nació el 29 de marzo de 1942 en Atlanta, Gergia[1] y fue el encargado de dar vida al personaje de Hershel Greene en la serie de televisión The Walking Dead.
Wilson tiene más de cincuenta películas desde 1960 hasta la década de 2010, incluyendo In the Heat of the Night, The Great Gatsby, Dead Man Walking, Pearl Harbor, y Junebug. Además fue nominado al Globo de Oro por mejor actor de reparto por su papel en The Ninth Configuration.
El 6 de octubre de 2018, Scott Wilson falleció debido a complicaciones producto de la leucemia que padecía con tan solo 76 años de edad. Pocas horas antes de su deceso, se había anunciado una aparición especial para la novena temporada de The Walking Dead.
